Make a Payment 


A minimum 25% deposit payment is required to hold your space on any NMS trip.

If the first day of your trip is less than 60 days out for domestic trips, or 120 days out for international trips, then full payment is due at the time of registration.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable after their due date.

By clicking on the link below you will be redirected to make a secure payment through Square. NMS does not collect or retain any payment information.


After you have paid your deposit and are registered for an international trip, we will send you an invoice for the final payment. An ACH transfer is required for all final payments for international trips and the invoice will provide a payable link. It is possible to make a final payment by credit card but you will need to contact NMS directly & there is a 3% surcharge for all such payments.

For final payments by mail - If you would prefer to mail a paper check please send this to the address listed below, with enough time to ensure it arrives in advance of the payment deadline. Keep in mind your space is not reserved until payment is received - so please use the link above to make your deposit payment by credit card.
