  • Final balance due 60 days before domestic programs, 90 days before international programs.
  • Applications made inside final payment deadlines require full payment.
  • Pre-trip information sent when registration and payment are received.

Custom Programs: 

Any of these programs can be organized for an individual or for a group. Pricing is based on our custom rates. On custom programs you get to pick the date, and we will work with you to come up with the perfect itinerary. These trips generally require a bit more advance notice to set up, particularly during the busy season. As with set dates, custom dates are filled "first-come, first-serve" and based on guide availability.
